i have suffered from pretty bad Asthma for AGES and while making my new blog i have found some nice stuff about copping with and even getting rid of Asthma. and it seems that this man may have all the answers. He has a nice wordpressblog that i found really interesting, and it actually worked. I have been to my GP a few times and everything that he has given me has turned out to be a very short term help. But the stuff that i have tried off his blog has been a god send. :) big smiles and deep breaths all round me thinks.
